We will reply with specific instructions and a return address. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
We will process your exchange, or a refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned items were not opened, worn, or tampered with. Please note that most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your balance or statement prior to contacting us.
For returns, please note that the amount you will be refunded will be in our reply to your return request and will be processed after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the items were not opened, worn, or tampered with.
Be sure to include all received items, both free and paid for, in order to still receive a refund or exchange.
